B&B Spoilers: Ridge Doesn’t Back Down

Eric Forrester (John McCook) is not thrilled about this surprise retirement party that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and company cooked up for him. He’s been itching to get back to designing and was genuinely hoping Ridge would bring him onto the couture line. But lo and behold, Ridge had other plans, and it’s pretty clear their visions don’t exactly… couture-align.

Ridge insists he knows what’s best for his dad. And sure, everyone’s worried about Eric’s health, but Eric refuses to let anyone shove him out of the company he and Stephanie built from the ground up. This isn’t just a job to him; it’s his legacy, his life’s work, his creative heartbeat.

Will Carter Get Involved?

And you know what that means: it’s going to be one very hard task to convince Eric to step away from the dream he’s been holding onto as of late. In fact, pushing him might only make him dig in his designer heels even deeper.

However, with all that said, we can’t ignore the people who inevitably get pulled into the middle of this—namely, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), who, for the most part, is genuinely trying to put himself in Eric’s shoes. He sees both sides: the concern coming from the family and the fire still burning in Eric to create.

But will Carter actually speak up and say all of this to Eric? And if he does, will Eric feel supported, or blindsided? Carter’s heart is in the right place, but stepping between Ridge and Eric is like tiptoeing through a couture minefield.
