Why Tonight's 'FBI' Will Be the Last New Episode for 10 More Weeks, Plus Tune In Info & More

FBI is airing a special two-hour fall finale event on Monday (December 15).

“Lone Wolf” and “Wolf Pack” will air back-to-back tonight beginning at a special time, 8pm ET, and run through until 10pm ET.

After tonight’s big event, FBI won’t air again for over 2 months! We’re explaining why.

If you’re curious, FBI will continue with new episodes on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 9pm ET.

So, why the long wait? While it may seem like a bummer, it’s actually very common for TV shows to take breaks for the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s holidays.

Here’s the logline for the first hour of tonight’s ep, titled “Lone Wolf”: As the holidays approach, the team finds three slain sex workers inside a brownstone – they uncover the murderer has a larger plan in place that they must rush to stop. Meanwhile, Jubal receives a concerning call from his son Tyler.

And here’s the logline for the second hour, titled “Wolf Pack”: Chaos erupts in the city when an attack disrupts cell, internet and emergency services. As the team races to uncover the culprits, they learn the group responsible is a radical accelerationist movement fixated on resetting society.

We’ve included stills in the gallery of this post as well.

Plus, be sure to see the 7 TV shows canceled by CBS this year, and it’s especially upsetting for FBI fans.
